KoyTaka is committed to accuracy. When an error is found — whether by our team or reported by a reader — we investigate and correct it as quickly as possible. This page explains the process.
How to Report an Error
If you spot an incorrect price, specification, image, or any other factual error:
- Email support@koytaka.com or use our Contact page.
- Include the page URL and a clear description of what is wrong.
- If possible, share the correct information with its source (official brand site, retailer listing, etc.).
What Happens Next
- Acknowledgement — We aim to acknowledge every correction report within 48 hours.
- Verification — The editorial team verifies the reported error against at least two independent sources before making a change.
- Correction— Once verified, the page is updated with the correct information and the visible “last updated” date is refreshed.
- Major corrections — If the error materially affected a buying decision (for example a significantly wrong price or a misidentified product variant), a brief correction note is added at the top of the page.
