Pros & Cons — Real-world experience
This summary combines recurring findings from independent reviews with public owner reports. Battery life, heat and software behaviour can vary by update, signal strength and usage.
What owners and reviewers like
- Excellent battery endurance in independent reviews, with 80W charging making short top-ups practical.
- The bright 144Hz OLED looks sharp and smooth, and stays easy to read outdoors.
- Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 performance feels fast and dependable for everyday use and sustained workloads.
- The OIS main camera and 50MP ultrawide deliver pleasing photos and strong 4K video in good light.
- A slim, comfortable body despite the 7000mAh battery, plus reassuring IP68/IP69 protection.
Things to consider
- There is no telephoto camera, so zoomed photos cannot match rivals with optical zoom.
- Portrait edge detection and skin tones can be inconsistent, especially outside ideal lighting.
- Some regional Realme UI builds include pre-installed apps and promotional clutter.
- The stereo speakers lack bass, while night photos can retain visible noise.
- A small number of owners report heat or faster drain during long gaming sessions or after updates; reviewer battery tests were generally strong, so experience varies.
